I see students and professionals worrying about the money that they will have to spend on courses to learn a topic.

No, you absolutely don’t need to do that.

There are 2 great resources if you want structured learning of a topic.

The first is Coursera. I have only taken 1 course in Coursera but the courses are of very high quality.

And did you know that you can use the Audit option in Coursera to get any course for free?

So money is not a barrier here.

But I would recommend that you pay for the service if you can.

If Coursera doesn’t have the course you need (very unlikely), then check out Udemy.

You can find most Udemy courses for as low as $10 (currently $6, take advantage).

I have used Udemy for multiple courses and would highly recommend them.

Just be sure to only purchase highly-rated courses (4.3+ score, 200+ ratings).

These courses are enough to make a basic to intermediate foundation on any topic.

And you can only become an “Expert" in a topic through practice. So no point in purchasing that super expensive course since it won’t help you any better(*).

Done!

There, saved you your entire education budget.
